Internal ‘Leading in Action’ programme from managers and leaders

The application of leadership skills, and the development of managers and leaders is fundamental and necessary in business today. Engagement and empowerment underpin business success. Quality leadership only happens through quality training.

Our in-house ‘Leading in Action’ programme is structured as follows:

  • Pre-commencement; MBTI profile and emotional intelligence leadership profile
  • 2x3 day in person training, usually within a timeline of 4 months.
  • A personal growth component supported by 3 individual coaching sessions per person.
  • 3 individual mentoring sessions per person. Usually one session in between the two in-person training days, and the final two mentoring sessions after the final three-day training.
  •  A completed project is required within 6 months of the commencement of the programme.
  • The programme, in its current format supports up to 12/14 participants.

The duration of the programme is 6 months.

Tom Hatton leads the programme, a certified somatic and ontological coach and a master certified coach with the International Coach Federation since 2009.
